The VBF weigh feeder is a sturdy weigher, with an extremely simple design and thereby very easy to maintain. The simple design secures that the price is kept at a very reasonable level. The design also makes it possible to adjust the weigh feeder to existing process lines and is a good alternative to the long conveyor with belt scale. In all its simplicity, the design of the weigh feeder is based on the lever principle, where the rotational speed on the belt is registered and converted to the actual load on the belt.

To ensure good material handling, the conveyor belt can be equipped with a flexible rim. This particular weigh feeder can also be equipped with a very sturdy and, if necessary, heat-resistant belt to enable the weighing of very hot or sharp materials.
