Microdosing System

The micro dosing system is specially developed for fine dosing of minerals, vitamins and other raw materials, which are very expensive to overdose.
The system is designed according to our customers’ individual requirements and specifications with regards to product consistency and the physical environment for the placement of the system.
The micro dosing system is designed with up to 24 silos as standard. The system can be arranged in a circle or in a square. To secure optimum emptying the weigh bin may be equipped with a dual bottom slide.
In the bottom the silos may be equipped with scrapers and stirring screw, which ensures complete emptying of poor flowing materials and a uniform filling of the dosing screw.
The silo and the dosing system can be individually combined with regards to manual or automatic filling, silo volume, silo bottom and coarse and fine dosing, respectively.

The unique design secures easy cleaning and maintenance of the system. The system is carried out with inspection doors, which makes it very easy to clean.
