JesHopper Intake

Jesma’s programme of throughput scales are specially designed for intake and out loading of bulk materials, powders, granulates – and process flow weighing with indication of capacity/hour. Also this type of weighing system is designed for very large amounts.

The throughput scale is well-suited for many applications requiring built-in of a weighing function. It operates with high accuracy and is able to operate with many different types of material. If required the weigher can be approved according to OIML R-107, Class 0.2 and 0.5.

The weigher consists of a fully electronic weigh bin and pre-bin with individual slide sections mounted in a dust-tight frame structure with easily detachable covers. A steady and stable weighing signal is achieved quickly by the fully electronic control system and modern filtration technology.
