JesFlow

The JesFlow scale is used for continuous weighing of bulk materials, powdered- or granulated products. The JesFlow system consists of a rigid housing, suitable for incorporation into a closed conveying system. The chute is mounted in a steel belt suspension, whereby the centrifugal force is freely transmitted to a weight control unit, separated from the material chamber.

The load cell of the flow scale gives a signal, which is transmitted to a load cell amplifier. The amplified signal is used for calculation of the quantity passing the scale and is shown as absolute figures, for instance kg or tons, in the electronics counters. Furthermore actual flow is shown in kg or tons per hour.
