JesBuffer
Jesma has developed a dosing feeder system with the special purpose of regulating and dosing an even flow of very light materials (density from 20kg/m3 and up) like e.g. straw, paper, different types of carved fibres, alternative fuels etc.
The weighing system consists of a dosing feeder with a pre-bin and a weigh feeder system type JesBelt A. The weigh feeder receives the material from the pre-bin (buffer), which, by means of a scraper, secures that the material flow to the weigh feeder happens with a fixed layer thickness.
